• Providing investment strategy by creating investment paper
• Responsible for DSA Channels eg. expanding channels, planning the operation process to increase sale operation efficiency.
• Advise possible investment solution for sale according to customer conditions.
• Creating investment product update according to customer conditions
• Arranging seminar to sale by inviting speaker such as fund manager, sale distribution from AMC
• Updating interesting product to the shelf eg. IPO Fund
• Process order via recording telephone system.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Economics or related fields
• Possess IC Complex 2 or IC Complex 1
• At least 2 – 3 years of experiences in banking or brokerage firm (Mutual funds product)
• Highly knowledge about financial services and products
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation skills
• Team player, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• ให้คำแนะนำที่ดีและเหมาะสมกับลักษณะการลงทุนของลูกค้าเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศตราสารอนุพันธ์ตราสารหนี้และหน่วยลงทุน
• ขยายฐานลูกค้าให้กับบริษัทฯและเพิ่มส่วนแบ่งตลาดสร้างรายได้ค่าคอมมิชชั่น
• แนะนำและประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกรรมและบริการต่างๆของบริษัทฯแก่ลูกค้าและนักลงทุนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
• ประสานงานระหว่างสายงานของตนกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้บริการที่ดีแก่ลูกค้า

Qualification

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี/โทสาขาบัญชีการเงินเศรษฐศาสตร์หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บุคลิกดีมีความกระตือรือร้นสนใจการเรียนรู้และรักความก้าวหน้า
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
• มี IC Complex 1 (P1+P2+P3) หรือ IC Complex 2 (P1+P2)
• หากมีประสบการณ์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of financial advisory services to commercial and institution customers for divestiture and merger & acquisition
• Provide and advisory for fund raising including REIT and Infrastructure Fund
• Provide other financial advisory services, e. g. valuation, transaction under SEC’s/SET’s regulations
• Maximize clients’ benefits by providing financial advisory services in terms of equity capital markets and general advisor
• Assist in the new business/client and maintain existing client relationship to generate IB business
• Leading analysts in transaction execution/ valuation (for manager and above)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting is preferred or related field
• knowledge of SEC and SET regulations to be complied with and is willing to learn or update related laws, accounting, and taxation.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Investment Banking field
• Well-versed in economic environment or capital markets

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing security policies, procedures and manuals.
• Guiding to the system platform to understand and comply to security requirements and standards e.g., Patch management, Security incident management
• Control the employees to Implementing the compliance of security policies, requirements and procedures.
• Conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration tests for internal network and external network.
• Following the security-related trends, application, process, laws, compliances and other third parties to improve information security in the company.
• Provide the monthly summary reports of IT security.
• Design and maintain security drill testing.
• Follow-up and tracking security incidents base on team process.
• Tracking the mitigation action of findings or gaps.
• Support all internal/external auditor.
• Managing user id management. • Conducting the security awareness to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related fields.
• New Grade or few experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, IT with technical knowledge in various operating system, database, middleware and network, Threat Intelligence, Security awareness, application security, and data protection
• Security certifications desired, e.g., CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001, CEH, etc.
• Understanding for ISMS, PDPA, OWASP, or IT Security relate standard.
• Knowledge in the security governance/ audit and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge in the data protection security.
• Be inspirational, enthusiastic and a promoter of information security.
• Must be reliable and adaptable
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Work under pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and sub systems.
• Develop and modify applications – primarily in .NET MVC with Entity Framework, React and jQuery
• Perform database programming in SQL Server
• Develop are correctly understood of OWASP
• Complete development tasks according to project plan
• Work with business analyst/business users to ensure technical specifications are correctly understood and executed from business requirements documentation
• Run unit testing including performance testing on new and existing code
• Work with business analyst/business users to understand software bugs and develop/execute remediation plan
• Communicate risks and issues to project manager/management in timely manner
• Assist in ongoing general maintenance, technical support and incremental application enhancements
• Work with IT infrastructure and IT support team in resolving problem with production systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
• At least 5 years programming experience in .NET MVC, Entity Framework, React, jQuery, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Visual Studio 2015, .NET Framework 4.0+, Team Foundation Server, and IIS 8.0
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of applications
• Ability to effectively execute assigned programming tasks and meet tasks deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and business users
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in fast pace environment
• Working knowledge of securities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management: Manage a portfolio of equity and non-equity funds in accordance with the investment objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements of clients.
• Investment analysis: Conduct fundamental, momentum and valuation analysis of potential investment opportunities to identify undervalued companies with strong growth prospects. Develop investment theses and recommendations based on your analysis.
• Client communication: Communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and market insights to clients in a clear and timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their investment objectives are met.
• New product initiation: Help team to initiate new fund products or solution to clients.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure that all investment decisions and actions are compliant with internal process, relevant laws and regulations governing the Thai equity market and investment industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in equity fund management, investment analysis, or a related field. Experience managing Thai equity funds is strongly preferred.
• Fund Manager License is required. Derivative Fund Manager is preferable.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to perform fundamental, momentum and valuation analysis of companies and markets.
• Self-Initiative and strong passion for investments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed investment decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
• Professional demeanor and strong adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in the fund management industry.
• Team spirit / Collaborative / Results-focused.
