Krungsri Securities (KSS) was established in 1975 with the aim to provide securities brokerage services to domestic and foreign investors.  We are broker No. 29 of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).  

As the brokerage subsidiary of Bank of Ayudhya, we have the unique opportunity to continue to expand through the bank’s nationwide network and Universal Banking services.

Company Milestones: The following are significant dates in the company’s history.

January 1975


Awarded a license from the Ministry of Finance to operate a finance and securities business under the company name Ayudhya Investment Company Limited.

August 1978


Became a member of the Securities Exchange of Thailand as broker No. 29.

October 1979


Changed name to Ayudhya Investment and Trust Company (Limited).

February 1994


Converted from a limited to public company and changed name to Ayudhya Investment and Trust Public Company Limited.

December 1998


Established Ayudhya Securities Company Limited.

February 1999


Separated the finance from securities unit to comply with a Finance Ministry regulation and registered as Ayudhya Securities Company Limited.

April 2004


Converted from a limited to public company and changed name to Ayudhya Securities Public Company Limited.

April 2005


Approved by the SEC to become a financial advisor by receiving the transfer of the financial advisory license and personnel from 39.9%-owned Ploenchit Advisory Company Limited.

June 2005


Established a 99.9%-owned subsidiary, Ayudhya Derivatives Company Limited, to engage in derivatives brokering.

August 2005


Increased registered and paid-up capital by 300 million baht to 600 million baht.
November 2011   Changed its name to Krungsri Securities Publice Company Limited - KSS
September 2012   The company has declared its intention to participate with Collective Active Coalition against Corruption in the Private Sector by cooperating with the Thai Government, Civil Society, Media and International organizations to establish a policy and that defines the terms of transparency, integrity and conducting business with the principal of Anti-Corruption in mind.
