User ID, Password and PIN

  User ID, Password and PIN
  • Online customers are able to create their own User ID and Password by registering via www.krungsrisecurities.comafter applying for an account.
  • A pin code will be assigned after your account has been activated.
  • The PIN code needs to be changed after your first login.  The PIN code is used to send orders, so please keep it confidentially.

  What should I do if I forget my Password or PIN No.?

Forgot Password:

  • Choose theforget password menu
  • Fill in the questions and answers set by you when you registered
  • Choose a new password
  • Submit

Forgot PIN No.:

E-mail your personal information to itrade@krungsrisecurities.com to reset your PIN No. Provide your:

  1. Name, Surname
  2. ID card no.
  3. User ID
  4. Account No.
  5. Your purpose: Request for resetting PIN No.

A new PIN number will be assigned after verifying your information. You must change your PIN after your first log in.

  Can I change my User ID?

To change your User ID, e-mail your request and your personal information to itrade@krungsrisecurities.com Provide your:

  1.  Name, Surname
  2. ID card no.
  3. User ID
  4. Account No.
  5. Your purpose: Request for new User ID.

 

Register with your new User ID via www.krungsrisecurities.com choosing register.

  Are there any additional expenses for using the online trading system?

There are no additional expenses for using the online trading system.  Customers are responsible for only the amount bought + commission, VAT and Fees.

  What should I do if I cannot connect to my PC but I want to make a trading transaction?

 You will never miss an investment opportunity.  Besides trading through PC, customers may also trade via other channels, such as:

1.  PDA/mobile phone

2.  iPhone/iPad

3. Samsung Galaxy

4. Marketing officer

 The same User ID and Password may be used with one’s PC.

  Can I send orders when the market is closed?

Yes, you can send in orders online 24 hours even when the market is closed.  However, your order will be sent to the market during pre-opening hours at 9.30 a.m. by random system of the SET. Non-matching orders will be automatically deleted when the market closes at the end of the day.

  I sent an order but it has a "Rejected" status. Was it sent to the system?

Rejected status means that the order was rejected. You may find the reason for the rejection by the no. after the rejected order. (Rejected Code)
